I was working with a trainer at my gym for over a year and nothing changed except my checking account.  A friend told me about 10 weeks so I called Tim.  WHAT A DIFFERENCE!  Tim keeps me on track, but I train with a new trainer every 3 weeks using my  KeyChain Trainer and I love it.  Bobby is CRAZY, and Yumi is intense, but I love the fact that they've learned how to work me just that extra bit harder than I'm usually willing to work myself.  Not only that, the workouts are voiced over the music from my iTunes files.    What a great concept!

Thanks Tim!  I couldn't afford a personal trainer before my boss told me about 10 Weeks.  I'm starting out slow like you said and really like training with Kathy Smith.  Breakfast has been working great and my energy levels have also come up...just like you said it would.  It's only the end of week 2 and I'm down 5 lbs!
